Hatfield Park Season Tickets
Season tickets are purchasable via our main booking page and collected on your initial visit to the Park.
Season tickets are valid on respective Park & Garden open dates between February Half Term and November Half Term. Tickets are valid for multiple uses and subject to ID verification via our Stable Yard Kiosks. Lost season tickets can be replaced upon proof of purchase. Tickets do not include Hatfield House itself, but a supplementary entry charge can be purchased at a discount for season ticket holders. Some large events within the Park can temporarily invalidate season tickets. The decision of Hatfield Park staff remains final on all season ticket enquiries. Please note that all tickets are valid for pedestrian access only and hold no resale value.
Stable Yard & parking
Entrance to the Stable Yard is free of charge. Please check individual retailers for opening hours.
All those attending by vehicle, please enter via George’s Gate to our main visitors’ car park (AL9 5HX). Parking is free. For all parking information, click here.
Dogs
Dogs and picnics are not permitted in the Gardens, with the exception of assistance dogs. Dogs are allowed in the Park.
Bikes & scooters
Bikes and scooters are not permitted in the Park. Secure bike parking is available at George’s Car Park.
Photography
Flash photography and video recording are not permitted in Hatfield House. All commercial photography and recording in Hatfield Park requires prior permission.
Further information
We have provided additional hand sanitisers around our entry and exit points and at the staircases within The House.
The visitor facilities at Hatfield Park can, from time to time, be disrupted due to maintenance, filming or preparations for major events. Please refer to the events page for details of current scheduled events. Whilst every effort will be made to minimise disruption, we reserve the right to close, reschedule or withdraw the visitor facilities without notice.
HHA (Historic Houses Association), Great British Heritage, RHS, National Trust or English Heritage cards are not valid for entry.

The Old Palace
The Old Palace operates on a tour-only basis and is not open for free-flow visits. Availability is dependent upon any hospitality events that may be taking place.
Hatfield Park Season Ticket
Get access to Hatfield House, Park and Gardens so you can experience the Estate as the seasons change.
Valid on respective Park & Garden open dates between February Half Term and October Half Term.
We operate a cashless system at our ticket kiosks.
We offer free admission to carers, who will be given complimentary admission on arrival when showing a valid carer’s card.
Students will receive a 25% discount upon presentation of a valid Student ID or NUS card. Children under 3 years old are free to enter.
