Planning your group visit
Group bookings are available; it is essential for groups to pre-book and pre-pay to secure the group rate. This can be done by contacting the Visitors Team. Please call 01707 287010 or email groups@hatfield-house.co.uk, and someone will be in touch to assist you shortly.
Group rates are available for pre-booked, pre-paid admission to the House, Garden, Park & Woodland Walks for groups of 20 or more. One organiser per group will be admitted free of charge. Group rates are not available on arrival. Normal admission prices will apply.

Space is available to accommodate catering for all groups. Please call 01707 287010 to pre-book your space.
There is plenty of free parking for cars and coaches. The coach park is just minutes from the Old Palace and Stable Yard. Coach drivers with groups visiting the House and Garden are admitted free of charge and will receive a complimentary meal voucher.
Corporate and private parties, marriage ceremonies, wedding receptions, banquets and other events are held throughout the year in the Riding School and the Old Palace – please call the Hospitality Team on 01707 287003 for further details or click here.
We have an extensive and varied events programme, the details of which are posted on this site and constantly updated. The major events are particularly recommended to group organisers.
Payment for groups must be made in advance (for the whole party) by cheque or credit card, no later than two weeks prior to your visit. One group leader/organiser is admitted free of charge (apart from some special events).
