MANAGEMENT
In-person
property management
Properties are managed at the Estate Office in the grounds of Hatfield Park, the Property team provide in-person estate management services on a day to day basis and provision is made for out of hours emergencies. We are a professional landlord who takes pride in its buildings and let portfolio. We will always seek to ensure properties are let in good decorative order and general repair. External decoration and repairs are generally undertaken on a quinquennial rolling programme to seek to address external decoration and any minor defects.

The Stable Yard acts as a central hub where residents and businesses can enjoy the Coach House Kitchen for coffee catch ups, breakfast meetings and lunch breaks.
As we all strive to create more memories Hatfield Park has also launched ‘Experiences in the Park.’ You can choose to become a beekeeper for the day, enjoy an exclusive Champagne House tour, or arrange your own private garden tour with our Head Gardener.
