No Light Trail at Hatfield Park this year

We would like to give advance notice to all of our visitors and followers that Hatfield Park will NOT be hosting a Light Trail in 2024.

We last hosted a light trail two years ago in 2022, and after a careful post-event review, due to the detrimental impact on our Parkland, decided that we would no longer run light trails or similar activities of this kind at Hatfield Park.

Alternatively, this year we are delighted to offer a new series of festive activities suitable for all the family, including:

• Enchanting Winter Walks: Explore our historic parkland and admire the winter scenery and festive creations crafted by our talented Park and Gardens team.
• Engaging Workshops: Participate in festive workshops to create your own Christmas tree decorations with items sourced from the Park.
• A Palace Visit with Santa: Bring the little ones to enjoy festive story telling with Alex Shows, then meet our very own Santa Claus at the Old Palace. Includes a Christmas gift.
