Visitor feedback from February Half Term

We love to hear from our visitors, and we got some lovely feedback from some of the families who came and enjoyed our February half term activities.

“My daughter and I had a fabulous day out over the February half term at Hatfield Park” said one visitor. “Although the weather wasn’t great there were still lots of activities to do, my daughter loved making a bird feeder and a bug hotel. Afterwards we were picked up and given a guided tour around the park and visited the new bird hide down by the lake to do some bird spotting. A great day out!”

“We really enjoyed it all, the kids loved the trailer ride and I think having the extra bit which goes around the grounds is fabulous as they loved all that part. We loved hearing the extra information on the park – it was good for the adults too” mentioned by Madie (@mamaandtheboys_).

“We loved our visit as always” shared by another visitor, Georgia (@yummymummiesbarnet). “We thought the bird feeder making for the kids was great. Any activities of those types for children are always a massive winner in my eyes. The kids loved just walking around the grounds, finding sticks and getting muddy. Overall, just all positive feedback from our end.”

One of the Hatfield Park team, Toby, stated, “Having the workshop experience was brilliant, the kids and adults alike loved it and they all took part, and had something to take away from it. A lot of people took the time whilst they were there to ask general questions about the Park and the Estate as a whole so it was a brilliant experience to be able to talk to them and give them all the information whilst their little ones were making brilliant bird feeders and beautiful bug hotels.”
