All You Need To Know For Classic Ibiza
Are you ready for the ultimate party in the park that is Classic Ibiza? Here’s everything you need to know for this weekend:
Location:
Classic Ibiza is clearly sign posted from all routes. Look out for the yellow signs as you get closer to the event which state ‘Classic Ibiza’.
There are two entrances for the concert:
Gate 1 – Sawmill Entrance off A414 – AL9 5PG
Gate 2 – George’s Gate (main visitor’s entrance off A1000) – AL9 5HX
Parking:
There will be plenty of free parking provided on site, including disabled parking. Disabled parking is available and does not need to be booked in advance. The distance from the car park to the concert site varies but is usually between 50-350 metres. The car parks will be available from 5.30.pm
Pedestrians:
The pedestrian entrance to Hatfield Park is opposite Hatfield railway station* (AL9 5AE). The fast train from Kings Cross to Hatfield takes 20 minutes. There are London Underground links with this mainline at Finsbury Park (Piccadilly and Victoria lines).
Food, Drink & Seating:
Picnics are permitted at this event. You can bring a maximum of 75cl of wine or four cans of beer, cider or pre-mixed spirits per person. Wine boxes are allowed if allocated across your party to the limits above. Neat spirits will not be permitted. All bags will be searched, and excess quantities of alcohol will be confiscated. You will be issued with a litter bag as you enter the concert site. We ask that you help us to reduce waste and take your litter home with you and recycle as much as you can. Garden chairs and rugs are also permitted at this event.

17:00: Car park & gates open
18:00: Chill-Out DJ Set (Jose Luis, Latin-infused, old-school house)
19:30: San Miguel Sundowner Set (Urban Soul Orchestra & Goldierocks, tracks from the likes of Orbital, Adamski & Robert Miles)
20:30: House DJ Set (Goldierocks, up-tempo, club classics)
21:00: Dance Set & Laser Light Show (Urban Soul Orchestra & Goldierocks, tracks from the likes of Faithless, The Prodigy & The KLF)
22:20: Concert finishes
*Please note that there will be a train strike taking place and Hatfield Station will be closed from 6.45pm. We ask that you plan your trip accordingly on Saturday 20th August, to avoid disruption as much as possible.
