This one-day workshop uses painting as a hands-on way to explore decision-making. The day begins in the Old Palace before moving to the West Garden, with time to network over lunch at the Coach House Kitchen, followed by further time to paint.
Participants will explore how they make decisions under pressure through painting, working with limited time, uncertainty, and evolving possibilities on a blank canvas. This process reveals individual decision-making patterns, from instinctive responses to more considered, delayed choices. The workshop focuses on self-awareness rather than artistic ability, requiring no prior experience, and examines how these approaches translate into everyday decision-making, including the roles of assumptions, risk appetite, emotion, and self-judgement.
