These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your interaction with ticket purchases and related services associated with Hatfield Park Partnership.

B. Ticket Purchases & Delivery Terms

5. Ticket Purchases

Tickets for events and entry may be made available via this website but are sold and fulfilled by a third-party ticketing provider.

When purchasing tickets, you may be redirected to or interact with a third-party provider, and a contract will be formed between you and that provider.

It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions of the ticket provider before completing your purchase.

6. Delivery of Tickets and Products

Delivery of tickets and related products may be handled by the relevant third-party ticketing provider.

6.1 Delivery Methods

  • Postal or courier delivery for physical goods
  • Digital delivery (e-tickets or downloadable files) via email provided at checkout
  • Collection from Hatfield Park where explicitly offered

6.2 Delivery Locations

Physical deliveries are available to UK mainland addresses only, unless otherwise stated. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Collection items must be collected from the specified on-site location at Hatfield Park.

6.3 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or within your order confirmation.

Standard delivery is typically 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary due to peak periods, weather conditions or courier availability but we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

6.4 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Some items or promotions may include free delivery. Any delivery surcharges will be clearly stated before you complete your order.

6.5 Receiving Your Delivery

You must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the item. We cannot leave deliveries in a “safe place” unless explicitly agreed at checkout.

6.6 Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to access issues or absence, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the item to us. Additional charges may apply where failure is not caused by us.

6.7 Risk and Ownership

Risk passes to you upon successful delivery or collection. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.

6.8 Digital Tickets

E-tickets are sent to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your email details are correct and accessible.

6.9 Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including weather, courier disruption, or operational restrictions.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Tickets and products are non-refundable and non-transferable except in the circumstances outlined below or where required by law.

7.1 General Refund Policy

Refunds or exchanges will only be considered where:

  • an event is cancelled or rescheduled
  • we fail to provide a service integral to your visit

Requests must be submitted within 10 working days of the visit or event and include valid proof of purchase.

Refund requests are assessed individually and may take up to 15 working days to process.

7.2 Customer-Initiated Refund Requests

If you request a refund before an event takes place, a refund may be issued only if the ticket can be resold.

7.3 Late Arrival

Refunds will not be given to visitors arriving after the final entry time unless tickets were purchased immediately prior to closing.

7.4 Proof of Purchase

Refunds cannot be issued without valid proof of purchase.

7.5 Events

If an event organised by Hatfield Park Partnership is cancelled, we will attempt to notify you and offer a refund or alternative where applicable.

If an event is rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, tickets may be transferred to the new date.

Where events are run by third parties, their refund policies will apply.

7.6 Circumstances Outside Our Control

Refunds will not be provided for circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, industrial disputes, government action or public safety concerns.

8. Event Changes and Closures

We reserve the right to change opening times, dates, access, or event content, and to close part or all of Hatfield Park where necessary.

9. Entry Conditions

All visitors must comply with site rules and staff instructions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual without refund for safety or behavioural reasons.

10. Resale and Transfer

Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Tickets in breach may be invalidated without refund.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hatfield Park Partnership shall not be liable for indirect losses, travel or accommodation costs, or loss of enjoyment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

12. Third-Party Ticketing Provider

Tickets may be sold and fulfilled by a third-party provider.

Hatfield Park Partnership is not responsible for payment processing, ticket fulfilment, or issues arising from the ticket purchase process.

Any queries relating to ticket purchases, delivery, or refunds should be directed to the relevant ticket provider unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms of the third-party provider.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
