We offer free admission to carers, who will be given complimentary admission on arrival when showing a valid carers card.
Students will receive a 25% discount upon presentation of a valid Student ID or NUS card.
Hatfield Park Season Tickets
Season tickets are purchasable via our main booking page, and collected on the initial visit to the park.
Season tickets are valid on respective Park & Garden open dates between February Half Term and November Half Term. Tickets are valid for multiple use and subject to ID verification via our Stable Yard Kiosks. Lost season tickets cannot be replaced without the full purchase of an additional season ticket. Tickets do not include Hatfield house itself, but a supplement entry charge can be purchased at a discounted for Season ticket holders. Some large events within the park can cause Season tickets to become temporarily invalid. The decision of Hatfield Park staff remains final on all season ticket enquires.
Stable Yard & Parking
Entrance to The Stable Yard and Parking is free of charge. Please check individual retailers for opening hours.
The Park & Woodland Walks
The Park and Woodland Walks are open each Wednesday to Sunday in line with the opening times of the Gardens.
The Gardens
The Gardens will reopen each Wednesday to Sunday until 29th September 2024. The East Gardens will open on Wednesdays only.
Hatfield House
Hatfield House will reopen May 2025.
The Old Palace
Old Palace tour dates vary and are subject to availability of the venue. Tickets and specific tour times can be booked via our Stable Yard Kiosk on arrival.
Dogs
Dogs and picnics are not permitted in the Gardens, with the exception of assistance dogs. Dogs are allowed in the Park.
Photography
Flash photography and video recording is not permitted in Hatfield House. All commercial photography and recording in Hatfield Park requires prior permission.
Further Information
We now operate a cashless system at Ticket Kiosks.
We have provided additional hand sanitisers around our entry and exit points and at the staircases within The House.
The visitor facilities at Hatfield Park can from time to time be disrupted due to maintenance, filming or preparations for major events. Please refer to the events page for details of current scheduled events. Whilst every effort to minimise disruption will be made, we reserve the right to close, re-schedule or withdraw the visitor facilities without notice.
HHA (Historic Houses Association), Great British Heritage, RHS, National Trust or English Heritage cards are not valid for entry.
