Testimonials

Our team enjoy supporting our clients across a wide variety of conferences, meetings and events. Here’s what some of them have to say:

Tailored Travel

Thank you so much for everything yesterday. Of course the house and gardens are truly spectacular. We had nothing but positive feedback yesterday and in our inboxes this morning. Thank you both for your friendliness and professionalism. Can you pass on our thanks too to the catering team – again very professional and they were great with two ladies on my table who had changed their order to fruit salad on Monday but that had not got through to the kitchen.

The Clothworkers Company

I wanted to pass on our sincere thanks to you and all the team involved with our visit last Friday. We really didn’t know what to expect after the filming coincided with our visit. We were delighted with all you arranged, the Archivists treasurers were wonderful – especially finding a connection with Clothworkers’ Company!

Please do thank the house guide Jo for her time, she was a fountain of knowledge! All our guests enjoyed both her talk on Hatfield, along with the tour. Dinner in the Old Palace was really special, I have had many compliments regarding your food and the service, please do pass it on to all the kitchen team.

Thank you so much for all your work in making sure we were so well looked after.

Create Streets

Just to say a huge THANK YOU to you both and to all of your team for your marvellous hosting of the symposium yesterday and indeed for all the marvellous work in Hertfordshire!

It was a great joy working with you. Speak soon I hope and with my very best wishes

Royal Thames Yacht Club

Thank you very much for setting up our visit to Hatfield on Tuesday. Please can you also pass on my thanks to all who helped behind the scenes as well as those we met on the day? The organisation was immaculate and everything proceeded seamlessly. Everyone really enjoyed it and it made a fantastic start to our week.

Visit Herts

I wanted to get in touch to say thank you so much for hosting the Visit Herts Networking Event last week.

It was my first event as events manager, and your entire team was fantastic. I left the event feeling great – everyone was happy, commented on how well it was run and they all had a great time. Pre-this role I never left the home office, so it was good to finally put some faces to names I’d been emailing for years! Networking takes practice, though!

So, thanks again. It was a great event!

Private Event

A very big thank you from both William and I for just such a perfect day for our Fran. It was just so apt, with every detail being covered.

You and your team did an amazing job and we are so pleased we held the “celebration” at the Old Palace, a truly magical place.
